Today we’ll be speaking with 4th generation dairy producer, Melissa Schur. Melissa lives on and grew up on Glen Park Holsteins Dairy Farm located in Leduc County Alberta. Melissa shares with us how they have transformed an old red barn into The Old Red Barn which is an event venue where they host special events and farm to table meals highlighting local food from the surrounding area for their community.
