On today’s episode of The Rural Woman Podcast, you’ll meet Becca Matthews. Becca, along with her husband, own and operate Hidden Hollow sheep dairy in southern Idaho. After two years of milking sheep for soap, lotion, cheese and butter for her family, Becca decided she wanted to expand. They are now remodeling the dairy so they can process their milk on site and make cheese to sell to the public.
