Arneisha is the Founder of Agriculture is Life™, a t-shirt brand committed to highlighting women of colour in food, agriculture, and related fields. In 2020, she released the first season of the Agriculture is Life Podcast, to further amplify the voices of women of colour. As a result, the podcast is continuously growing and has been listened to in over 20 countries. 

Arneisha holds a B.S. and M.S. in Agricultural Education (Professional Services) from the Illustrious North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. In addition to building a business, Arneshia serves as a Communications Associate for a non-profit organization committed to hunger in the United States. Arneisha is very passionate about helping people, creating opportunities, and sharing the stories of BIPOC communities as they relate to food and agriculture.
