Karen Dean is a Canadian bestselling author, motivational speaker, coach, entrepreneur, and proud single mother of three. With a background in dairy farming, Karen embarked on a new chapter of her life after selling her farm following the end of her marriage 11 years ago. Now a completely solo parent, she finds solace and rejuvenation in her hobby farm, which she lovingly refers to as her therapy farm.

Driven by her passion for the therapeutic qualities of her farm, Karen registered a business name, Feel Good Farm, with the aim of sharing its benefits with non-farmers. She is currently exploring various options to extend the farm’s therapeutic experiences to a wider audience.

In addition to her work on the farm, Karen is an accomplished author. Her self-published book, “We Are Unbreakable,” showcases a collection of stories from women in Nova Scotia about the year 2020. This powerful compilation earned her the title of a Canadian bestselling author.

In 2022, Karen further inspired her readers with the publication of her book, “Fierce & Fabulous: A Self-Love Journal.” This empowering journal offers a daily practice to help readers reconnect with their inner selves and achieve personal and professional success.

Karen’s motivational speaking engagements are marked by her incredible resilience, positivity, and genuine storytelling. Her own life experiences serve as a foundation for her messages, emphasizing the importance of living one’s best life. Through her work as a speaker, coach, and entrepreneur, Karen is dedicated to helping individuals reach their full potential and find fulfillment in both personal and professional realms.

Above all, Karen cherishes her role as a single mother, considering her children to be her greatest accomplishments. She finds joy and inspiration in raising them, and their presence fuels her desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others. With her unwavering dedication to her mission, Karen Dean continues to inspire and empower individuals to embrace their own resilience and live their best lives.
