IN THIS EPISODE, CHELSEA SHARES HER JOURNEY FROM A CORPORATE MARKETING CAREER TO APPRENTICING ON A FLOWER FARM. SHE SHARES ABOUT HOW THE PANDEMIC SPARKED HER PASSION FOR AGRICULTURE, THE POWER OF STORYTELLING AND MARKETING, AND THE CHALLENGES FARMERS FACE WITH BRANDING. CHELSEA ALSO HIGHLIGHTS THE REWARDING WORLD OF FLOWER FARMING AND HER MISSION TO HELP WOMEN IN AGRICULTURE SUCCEED.

Chelsea is a brand strategist and graphic designer who specializes in marketing for women-led land-based businesses. As the founder of Hunter Finn Creative Co., she helps ranchers, farmers, homesteaders, and rural entrepreneurs craft compelling brand stories, build strong digital presences, and grow their businesses confidently.

With a background in the big brand world with clients like Nike, Spotify, and BMW and firsthand experience working on a farm, Chelsea understands the unique challenges that women in agriculture face—juggling business growth, family responsibilities, and a deep-rooted passion for their work. Through her Roots to Radiance Strategy Sessions and One-Week Brand Bootcamps, she simplifies marketing and branding into a clear, actionable roadmap so her clients can spend less time feeling overwhelmed and more time doing what they love.

Chelsea’s approach is rooted in values-based branding. She helps farmers and ranchers align their marketing with their mission while creating brands that attract the right customers. She believes that good branding isn’t just about pretty logos—it’s about telling a story that resonates, builds trust, and drives sales.

When she’s not helping clients unlock their brand’s potential, you’ll find her outside, tending to her own creative projects, or deep in a conversation about how rural businesses can thrive in today’s digital world.
