On this week’s episode of The Rural Woman Podcast™, you’ll meet Haley Ammann-Ekstrom.
Haley is a 6th generation cattle farmer from southern Minnesota. She is the first female of those six generations to take over the family business. Haley loves being a part of the agriculture industry and helping younger females find their calling. Haley had many mentors growing up in school and 4-H. She wants to be able to do the same for the youth in her community, to help them find their voice and follow their passions, even if that is in a male dominant industry like agriculture. She thinks it’s important now more than ever that women show up in those industries and be proud of who they are.
