On this week’s episode of The Rural Woman Podcast™, you’ll meet Ashley Constance.
Ashley is a first-generation homesteader who moved from the big city to pursue more self-reliance on a 3 acre homestead in central Alberta. Along with her husband, she raises laying hens, meat chickens and meat rabbits, grows a large food garden, and is planning to get into dairy goats this coming spring. Her mission is to inspire people to embrace a bit more self-reliance, self-sufficiency and sustainability no matter if they’re in a house in the city or on a farm in the country.
